If we are instructed to write a report we must retain a copy of that information. However, the Courts, your legal advisor and your GP will also have a copy of this report. The report is owned by the legal advisor

You may have access to your information in the report if the commissioned legal firm allow it.

Your data is only shared with those instructing us. We do not have control of where the legal firm send your personal information
